On January, 22, Economic Work Meeting, 2017 for National New and High-tech Zone in Linyi was held in New and High-tech Zone. In the meeting, Shandong Zhongrui Electronic Incorporated Company ranked among the top among top 150 tax-submitting companies (groups) in the districts with its year-on-year growth rate at 155% in tax for 2016. It also won the honor as ‘company with outstanding contribution in 2016’ conferred by Party work committee and management commission in new and high-tech district in Linyi.
Subject to the macro environment in 2016, the company was lagging far hind its objectives in terms of sales volume in the first half year. To convert the status quo, it timely adjusted the strategies in the second half year, revolved upon four aspects namely ‘source opening, throttling, genetic intensification and root consolidation’ for maintenance of old clients, development of new clients and new market, upgrading and development of products, reduction of costs and so forth. It aims at forcefully spurring product transformation and upgrading of company products, implements comprehensive budget management and planning management so that the company can get its sales goals for the second half year realized and realize a year-on-year growth of 155% in revenue. It realized 7 patents in terms of scientific and technological innovation including 3 patents for invention and 4 utility patents.
2017 marked the first year for ‘big company’ of five-year strategic planning and realizing routes of three steps (big company, big industry and big platform) for Zhongrui Electronics. In face of the grave task of building of upgrading chain and supplier of magnetic components, it still needs to rely on ‘two-core and two-wing’ impellent strategies to accomplish its goals on main business and profits. It calls for concerted efforts, assiduous work and contribution of all people in Zhongrui.
